My husband visited Taco Bell in Raeford. He spent $74 and our order consisted of 2 smashed Mexican pizza and a missing crunch wrap. They kept hanging up and refused to give us the corporate number. We found it ourselves. Corporate said that what they did was unacceptable.

In my opinion it’s just sad that unless you are going through drive-thru you don’t get to talk to a real person when you’re making your order. If you have questions about something you’re just stuck figuring it out on and for what we all pay now for food I shouldn’t have to be doing the work to make my own order.

Less that one star would be more accurate. Walk in to counter and completely ignored our presence. Then after a few minutes of waiting while being stared at finally someone walked up to see if we needed help using the kiosk and refused to take our order at the counter where we were standing. So we left and went to hwy55. See review of hwy55 and see what most paying customers expect. At Hwy 55 we were greeted when we walked in and they welcomed our business. Food was good and prompt. This review is not about the food or type of food. It is about customer service.

I’ve always been happy with the service and the food at this particular Taco Bell, however today is a different story. I went thru the drive thru & placed my order. They got my order correct there was no issue with that, but, when I got home & saw the condition my Mexican Pizza was in, my blood began to simmer. The box looked like it had been stepped on. I opened it and instead of a Mexican Pizza, I had a smashed up pile of Mexican Pizza mush. I couldn’t bring myself to even try to eat it. This is no way to treat loyal customers!

The customer service is terrible and they are absolutely inconsiderate of peoples with disabilities. You can’t even order from a person here, you are forced to place an order through the kiosk machine. I watched an employee turn away an elderly person because they couldn’t see well enough to use the kiosk.
