When it comes to customer satisfaction Ruth Chris holds a high standard. We love going out for special occasions. It’s our anniversary and my steak was perfect; chefs kiss, my husbands was 2 temps over done, he wasn’t even planning on sending it back because he said it had a good taste (this is where the magic happens) the manager comes over and she can instantly tell my husband is not 100 percent satisfied And she insisted she get him another steak. It came back out perfect. The whole experience was top notch. The drinks were fabulous,and if you don’t add a side of their mushrooms then YOU, by friend, are missing out. 10/10. Thank you Ruth Chris for a great night out.
