This is one of the best Starbucks in the area from the quality of their drinks and the speed of service they never miss the mark. My only negative feedback would be for the suicide prevention tent next-door, I am all for spreading awareness and even donating however, every time I go to this location they wait for me to come out with my drink before they strike and I’m not talking once or twice. It’s probably been at least nine times. It would be nice to grab my drink and not have to worry about being ambushed for money every single time

Absolutely atrocious customer service, the drinks were made great but the bad service just overshadows that. Miles should NOT! Be working there if thats how he interacts with customers. I saw him being snarky with a younger girl just picking up drinks. If I was her, I would have cussed him out and her parents would have probably caught a charge for his response to that young girl honestly. That was absolutely uncalled for! I have never heard a Starbucks barista demean or talk down to a customer like that in my life! The best interaction I had there was from a fellow customer that asked me if I needed a tray, wonderful gentleman! I honestly prefer going to the Starbucks just a mile from this location, superior customer service there.

I asked for a grande iced expresso and the drink was only half filled. When I complained about the drink, the barista told me that if I wanted it completely filled with milk, I had to pay more. I don’t understand that if I order a specific size cup, I need to pay extra to get it filled. It was ridiculous.

This Starbucks is ALWAYS upbeat and professional! I love coming to this one. Even when they are super busy, the drinks are out still between 5-7 minutes! I’m absolutely impressed and the Store Manager Ashley worked in such a way! It is always inspiring to see the Managers keep the crowd calm and still deliver in a timely manner

I come here every morning to get a brown sugar shaken expresso even though there is a starbucks RIGHT next to my house i STILL come here. recently they have been basically giving me the expresso black with barely any oat milk and A HUGE scoop of ice. I had to go home and scoop the ice out and once i was done there was basically no coffee in the cup anymore. I had the lady remake my coffee one time and she began telling me that the Venti cup of expresso I ordered comes with the littlest bit of oat milk so I need to ask for more. Every other starbucks I have gone to doesn’t hand me a black coffee when I order this so something isn’t adding up.Very VERY dissapointing.
