The lamb is still delicious and the portion for the platter is the same as before the remodel. They also have lamb daily now which is a plus. The look has improved but the sides are not as good, for example the eggplant is cut in small squares with almost no meat on the skin. The portions of veggies are also much smaller. The price of the lamb platter has also increased another above last years increase 26.60 total. They still offer free cholent on Thursdays with orders over $20.

This not so secret Lakewood authentic Israeli shwarma hot spot holds a very special place in my heart for so many reasons. The quality food and quick polite service is unmatched. Just last night I ordered a big meal for my whole family and everyone was going on and on about how amazing everything was and how generous the portion size were. Food is very good as well as the portions are very big, would have been nice if they had some sort of system for taking orders from customers. Because what happened was there were three customers in front of me I needed to wait for each one to finish giving the order and cooking the food and making the sandwich until they got to me. Instead of just taking the orders separately then cooking the food while they get the orders in.

Pita Hut is the best fresh pita market around! On Tuesdays and Thursdays they have Lamb for gyro and platters which is always fresh and out of this world!! Shout out to Mayer who always helps and holds it down making sure you have what you want and need to make your meal phenomenal!!
