Beautiful, delicious, healthy food prepared with care and creativity! The salads are chock full of yummy combinations of local greens, veggies, grains, and nuts and the soups are scrumptious. They do a noodle night also, which is a treat. The weekly menu gives me something new to try every time. I am so glad this food truck is in town!
