I don’t know what happened to this place, but it has become horrible. I have not had a single fully correct, satisfactory order in MONTHS. FOUR ENTIRE MONTHS. MAYBE EVEN FIVE!! I’m a regular here and I’m beyond disgusted and disappointed at the lack of care for the orders. I don’t know whoever you hired in the past months that’s doing this, but fire them. You have forgotten my feta cheese for maybe 6 entire orders back to back now. This recent order is what broke the final straw. You gave me a pizza with the thinnest and most pathetic amount of mozzarella I have ever seen in my life. This isn’t a pizza. It’s thin cut bread (I did NOT order thin crust) with cheese dusted on top. And none of my requested toppings or flavored crusts were present. Who do you have working there? Drunk teens? Get more devoted workers, or you’re losing a loyal, years long customer.

Me and my husband ordered a pizza for delivery, we paid with cash, the total was $22. When the pizza got here my husband handed her two 20’s and she just turned and went back to her car. I was not going to tip $18 for a $22 pizza. Now I am always one to leave a tip but when we called the store and she came back, she looked at my husband and asked “how much do you want back”

By far the worst hungry howies I’ve every been to. The orders are rarely correct. It’s not that the pizzas aren’t that good. They don’t even taste like pizza or anything you’d want to consume. Salads are always yellow and brown. Even when they do get the pizzas right, they’re so cheap on the toppings it’s not worth the price. I’d recommend a different location even if it’s a lot farther away.

I ordered two medium pizzas with how bread bread both of the pizzas were barely cooked and I asked for Light Feta on one of them and they put a lot of feta on both of them and the stuff Howie bread was basically burnt spent 22 bucks for uncooked pizza and burn Howie bread in hungry is close

OK, so I have to do an update. My prior review was harsh to say the least but they’ve made a tremendous turnaround! NOW, this location is top-notch! The product is very, very good!!! The individual I have interacted with lately is Dillon. He is so good to deal with. I’ve called twice, just before closing time. He has taken my order and you can just tell, his courtesy is genuine!! He always has a great attitude and from what I gather, also a hard worker! He could have rejected my orders based on the late call but he was clear to say it wasn’t a problem what so ever! He doesn’t even rush you through the order process and repeats it back. I am particular about how I like pizza done and finally I’ve had THEE PERFECT PIE!!!! Thank you Dillon!!! He deserves praise from management because he’s an example of how service should be!!! He’s definitely an asset to this location and the Hungry Howies company as a whole!!! Have Dillon conduct training on how to run a location.

Pizza was good, Staff was friendly. However, the one coworker made my antipasto salad did not use gloves to make the salad nor wash his hands after handing the computer and giving me sauces. On top of that my antipasto had no meat at all! Just lettuce, tomatoes and onion.
