It took over 30 minutes to get food for a group of 5 people when no one else was in line for food in front of us. The Starry was just carbonated water. They were filling online orders and the drive through so they were busy…but wow. I am thankful that the dining room was open since the other one we went to was drive through only.

They offer dine in and the drive-through is always fast. Inside could used a clean hot rag on most surfaces/windows. The crew has always been nice, and the food has always been fresh and accurate!

If I could give it zero stars I would. I never write bad reviews but this place definitely deserved one. Literally waited in drive-thru for 50 minutes. The way it’s set up you can’t get out when a line gets behind you. I know I shouldn’t expect much from a fast food place overall, but this was absolutely ridiculous! Especially when you’re once at the window and see the “workers” doing nothing but talk to each other and goof off. It’s tacos for @#$%* sake, not a 4 course meal!!

The food, one of the best in the area and taco bell still has some of the better options out there. Service has always been great here, I’ve had Victor help me in the drive through the last three times I’ve been in, each time he’s always gone through each and every check down to make sure it’s correct, and has been pleasant and courteous in our interaction. Definitely will be coming back on more days when I’m too busy to pack a lunch. Being one of the only places that accepts tap pay for a quick meal has also been key.

I’ve given this a place a chance a few times post COVID. I get that it’s harder to staff these days but we are well beyond protocols. For the third time in about the past year, the door was locked. No big deal. But as I walked back to my car someone opened the door and let me in. I typically order on the app. Location is marked as closed. Again, no big deal, I’ll order at the kiosk and try to give them one less thing to worry about. Well kiosk is also not working. When I asked the drive thru attendant about it, he said it wasn’t his job. We stood at the counter for about 15 minutes and waited for someone to take our order. No luck, so we decided to walk out. Please don’t make and effort to open the door to then not take our order. This is a convenient location for me, but I think that’s the last chance I can give them. I order Taco Bell almost weekly back home and never have an issue, so this is definitely disappointing.

We have given up on this location. We won’t be going back. The last 3 times (at least) our order has been incorrect beyond measure. Last night the food was inedible- old cold wrong missing and what was there was off. Many items from our order were missing. We had waited for a total of 35ish minutes.

The employees are not hygienic. Taco Bell corporate please do something about this. I saw an employee here smoking in their car then when I drove up they went inside all while wearing the same pair of gloves and then this same employee prepared my food and took my order while clearly high. This is disgusting and disappointing. Not to mention all of the possible contamination going on. The employees are so unpredictable here and management seems to not even exist. Sitting in my car now and saw half the employees just wandering out to their cars to smoke between rushes.

this place is a joke and run by clowns. They shouldn’t even be trying to keep it open. They refused to fill Uber or DoorDash orders and they literally shut down 30 minutes early with no warning even though people are in the drive-through waiting to order well before close and they won’t even tell people in the drive-through that they’re closing so they could leave. They’re just stuck sitting seriously corporate needs to come and just completely ask this place if it can’t be properly utilized.
