This has been our go to Chipotle since we moved to the area over 2 years ago. The service and quality of the food has steadily gone down hill over this time frame. The last several times, something from our mobile order had been missing,usually the drink that comes with the kids meal. Our order tonight, was missing the kids drink, the kids side of chips, and the regular side of chips we ordered. Then I opened my burrito bowl, and there was no salsa!! I ordered 3 salsas and they forgot all 3!! I think we will be taking a break from chipotle for a while after tonight.

For all the hate this place gets, I thought it was great. Solid food and clean tables. Service could be a bit better but it wasn’t bad. I come to this location often and my only complaint is that periodically the chips are stale. Had the bowl with adobo chicken and queso…. Pair that with some chips and you’ve got some classy nachos

They got the to go order completely wrong, but it was an uber eats delivery, so we didn’t know until we opened it up, so no chance at fixing it. I ordered a Vegan salad for the hubster, and a chick Pastor quesadilla for me. They put sour cream on the Vegan dish, instead of MY dish, didn’t put Guac on his vegan salad, completely left off the greens (!) on his salad, no sofritas on his salad, and put steak instead of Pastor on my quesadilla…..so, first and last time ever ordering online at Chipotle. My food was tasty, although completely incorrect, but, his was not edible, because, he’s a Vegan, and they completely messed that up. In addition, the only way to actually order and pay for this was thru Uber Eats, since their online payment system appears to be completely non functional, with an error message that says it’s down, and you need to pick the order up and pay there, since their online pay system is down down down, apparently forever.

They ALWAYS mess up the portions. Every other chipotle is better than this one. I’ve ordered online delivery and pickup from this place easily a dozen plus times. Every time I’m left disappointed with the 2 tablespoons of protein and hardly any pico, Queso, and sour cream. Not only that, they way over do the rice.

This location is terrible! This is my second time ordering online and they have gotten my order completely wrong both times. Today I ordered a chicken quesadilla with sour cream, red salsa, and white rice on the side. When I finally got home and opened the container there was a quesadilla with barely any cheese and no chicken and none of the sides that I had asked for. I was completely disappointed. What a waste of money!

I feel like the cleanliness of this location really needs to be addressed, i finally decided to try chipotle again after not having it for a long time because of a previous bad experience. I went with my boyfriend Thursday night around 7pm and the state of the entire restaurant was filthy, grills covered in gunk with pieces of meat just sitting on them frying, food all over the kitchen floor and dining room floor, had to buss our own table and wipe off seats in order to not sit in fallen food. Prep areas were just covered in bits and pieces of food as well. I am totally understandable to how a restaurant looks after a rush but this was the worst i have ever seen. On top of it all i got a fully vegetarian burrito thinking that would be easier on my stomach and you guessed it I’ve had food poisoning since 11pm Thursday night. I will not be back, and i do feel like a health inspector should be contacted.

We’ve been in twice. The first time was okay, but the every table in the place was dirty (which seems to be a common issue with Chipotle). This last time we went in we ordered online, but got there a little early so I was standing there while our meals were being made. The food sat on the counter b/c I don’t think the young women working (and they were working hard) knew how to handle the volume. What we received was an inaccurate order, the food was cold (actually cold, not just warm), and there was no way to properly make a report of multiple issues to the support and when I tried to call we got sent to a “this box is full” message.
