I drive a big truck for a living and park across the street at Casey’s and walk over to eat. Both times the food was good…not great or fantastic but a whole lot better than other places I have eaten at. This place is horrible. Waited 35 minutes for 2 drinks. Asked an employee about the drinks. She said she was going to get them. She came out with two more orders that got there after we did. Still not ours. I called to ask about them. Then they brought the 2 drinks. Charged us for extra cherries yet we got no cherries in either drink.

Pulled in for a quick bite while on a roadtrip. Ordered and paid. After 10 minutes was told someone was on the way with our food, waited another 10 minutes and our food still hadn’t been delivered. We were told we didn’t pay so had to pay again and then we were delivered cold food. Ordered a milkshake which was over half full of whipped cream. Skip this “fast” food place.

Waited 20 minutes for a coke and cherry limeade. Husband went to the side door and the worker said “sorry, I forgot”! The coke had no syrup. Was pretty much carbonation, so they aren’t checking on the soda machine. I threw it out and went to another station to get a coke and I shouldn’t of had to. Husbands cherry limeade was fine, but 20 minutes for 2 drinks and 1 was no good isn’t worth it to me.

Went out for a late snacks. Got my boys popcorn chicken and twisted pretzel. Ordered my wife had a hamburger but can’t have cheese on it due to dairy allergy. It had cheese on it, but carhop was awesome and took care of it for us.

Almost 15 minute wait for my food, there was maybe 3 customers so they’re not busy. Hamburger had literally a drop of mustard, no jalapenos, and the fries were cold. Complete waste of time. If the fries had been warm at least, I’d gone on without this review.

They took 30 mins to even take our order we sat at the drive in area waiting to give them our order and then decided to go through the drive through and the took even longer and kept stopping our order to do something else in the middle of us ordering. This is unacceptable, you shouldn’t have to wait 40 mins to get food.
