Will your order be correct? yes. Will you receive friendly/inviting service? no. The location can’t be beat, but the service is so unfriendly and when I have a mobile order, it is rarely already made. I end up waiting for them to make it, which defeats the purpose. I usually give them a good 2-5 minutes to make it also.

Management please coach your staff on how to deliver good customer service. Whoever worked the drive thru on July 25 at 1:30 didn’t greet me instead I heard “go ahead” . I began to order the same drink that I order almost daily only to be told my drink can’t be made the way I requested. I questioned her response and very dry told me no again. I then called corporate and confirmed they are not aware of this new policy. I then drove to the Dunkin Donuts on Hwy 20 where my drink was prepared without question and their employee was professional and courteous. Bad service will never get my money again. There are too many options out here and people aren’t just going to settle for bad service anymore.

Love this location! Their mobile ordering is ran very efficiently. All of the employees recognize me because I order everyday sometimes twice a day lol. I also love the rewards that come with that, free coffee and sandwiches every other week is a plus. The girls and guy in the morning are all nice and professional. They’re busy but they’ve got a hold on their drive thru line, it might look long but it always goes by quickly. It’s better to park by the front rather the side if there’s a line for drive thru. Ordering walk in ahead of time makes life easy for me personally. I recommend doing so.

Great location and maybe that’s why this establishment thinks it can away with subpar customer service. Inconsistent with correct orders and mobile orders are never ready. Ordered 3 bagels toasted. Only one was cut in half and they were barely toasted.

This is what I received after ordering 2 grilled cheese sandwiches. The fact that you made this, saw that it turned out this way and still decided to serve it to me is disturbing. Burnt cheese and rock hard bread. Would you eat this? I tried calling to resolve this but the phone line isn’t ringing. $20 down the drain. Thanks! Let this be the advice you need to know that this is not ok to serve to people for consumption. Smh.

The lady at the front had great customer service and the interaction was welcoming! I thought everything we be ok just by this alone. I receive my order realize there is no almond milk in my drink.I asked for it and whipped cream floating at the top of the cup I asked to have it removed. The whole order was not right. The other two items from my order snacking bacon was just regular bacon and avocado toast was missing bacon but I was charge for it. I suggest checking items before leaving your whole order might be messed up like mine!

this store has went downhill quickly. The customer service is terrible. I tried to get the same drink made several times and they catch an attitude and just make it how they feel like making it please don’t go to the store if you want your drinks made correctly I spend five to $15 daily with Dunkin’, the best one in McDonough, Georgia is off of 20/81
