This place was AMAZING. The atmosphere and vibe was great. Music was rocking and the place is great to cool off from these hot Texas summers. Our waiter Samuel, please ask for him he was so great, was so friendly and even suggested we try half and half on our pizza so we can try different pizzas. We got the Ambassador Bridge and the Detroiter on one and the other we got the Cadillac and The Rocket. My favorite was the Cadillac with the fig preserves and balsamic vinegar. The Rocket was also very good with the arugula and I will definitely be ordering again. The chew was great and the cheese crust edges were so good! My husband had the other two and really loved the Ambassador bridge. It had a great spice to it and the ricotta edges. The manager came by and introduced himself and gave us cheesebread. All in all the experience was the best and we will for sure be coming back!

There aren’t many spots in Austin that serve delicious Detroit-style pizza. A rectangular pan pizza with a thick, crisp, chewy crust. I can see why this spot is a fan favorite around town. @via313pizza They have many toppings to choose from and they also offer a gluten-free and dairy-free cheese on all Detroit-style pizzas. Ordered two different types of pizzas & both small with four squared slices, but they also have a larger size with eight squared slices. Ordered the following – The Carnivore Smoked pepperoni, natural casing pepperoni, ham, sausage, and bacon – The Ambassador Bridge Sausage, Natural casing pepperoni, fresh garlic, Italian oregano, and house-made ricotta

I had the sincere pleasure of visiting this location a bit before their grand opening. The staff was so very friendly and attentive, even though it was already busy with the pre-opening event.

Not sure how people think this pizza is any good! The bar pizza is embarrassing and reminds me of frozen pizza. It looked nothing like the pics I’ve seen on their website or their IG. I think frozen pizza is better than this. The original Detroit pizza was soggy and not crispy. Such a waste of time and money.

I used to love going to Via 313 in Austin, however, I spent $60 for one pizza and 2 orders of cheese bread. To be fair, I did order all of it to be gluten free and dairy free but the up-charge is insane! $4 up-charge for gf and $3 for dairy free so each meal was an extra $7. My herbivore pizza came out cold and was a bit bland, could use some more spices or salt. I love that the gluten free crust is also deep dish! The metal music is atrocious, lots of screaming and loud in an already loud environment. it made me feel anxious and like a mosh pit was about to break out. The music made the experience feel rushed, not relaxed.
