Not a review as much a point to make. If you make your order online, make sure you put the correct address including room or apt numbers. And the online app gives a pre determined time for delivery, please remember if the store is busy, then your order will take longer. The employees are human just like you. Just like you all want empathy, so do they.

Always Super skimpy with their toppings. A one topping pizza is more like a plain cheese pizza. Pretty disappointing. I recommend either ordering from Merritt Island or trying another place all together. The value is just not there.

Wow, customer service and food were amazing! Everyone there, especially Keegan were standout employees! If I was able to give zero stars I would but unfortunately I am forced to rate 1 star. I cannot review this location based on taste and quality of pizza because I never received my order but two things I will review this location on; the driver was incompetent as he/she did not communicate with us for an address issue and the manager was worst, as he did not empathize at all. We contacted this location to find out why our order was taking so long and Alex, the manager informed us that it was delivered already. Of course it was delivered… but to the wrong people! The driver left it at another location completely different from ours, we were at 401 and he left it at 399…is it really that hard to dial a phone number when doubtful? Alex even told us that whoever received the order even tip the driver (of course for free pizzas I would too). And to top it off the manager hangs up the phone on us… no empathy at all. I strongly suggest that if the driver doesn’t want to use his personal phone or make the effort to call the client, then why not requesting a picture id to avoid these mishaps?

I ordered two pizzas and a sub. Both pizzas were made wrong. They told me they needed both pizzas back and would remake the pizzas. No discount, no compensation for THEIR mistake. Don’t waste your time. Call dilorenzos or papa vottos. Their customer service is much better.
