I would give it zero stars. No one else was in the store, so just me and 2 employees. I was not that hungry, so I wanted just a sandwich. Going through several sandwich options, I was told they were all unavailable but they did have the shrimp meal. Since I did not want a full meal, I asked for the Philly Steak sandwich. Lady said not available. They did have an Italian beef with cheese, which sounds like a Philly Cheese. Paid for the order and after 10 minutes she came out to tell me they were sold out if Italian beef. Ugh.

Very poor customer service. I walked in and waited at the counter for over 15 minutes before the young lady even acknowledged that I was standing there. She then proceeded to keep taking phone orders. When I asked her at what point does she intend on taking order she said my phone orders come first. At that point I walked out. I knew better than to go here because I had visited before and never was able to place an order. Don’t stop run!!!!

Their chicken is the best it’s always so crispy and fresh. They never get upset if you ask for more lemon pepper, regardless if it’s on the chicken or fries, or both. The people working are always so pleasant and nice.
