Atmosphere is pleasant, but after that things go down hill. I ordered the loaded potatoes for an appetizer and for a state that’s known for potatoes they should be embarrassed to serve them. They were dry and look like been sitting out for a while. Has the rib-eye with blue cheese and mushrooms; another big disappointment. I wasn’t sure if they were grill marks or marks from the jockey that last ride it. The blue cheese overpower what ever flavor the steak may of had. To top the evening off I left a $44 dollar tip on a $51 dollar bill and you’d think the waitress would of at least said than you or curious if I made a mistake, she surely couldn’t of thought her service was worth that big of a tip? Why did I leave such a big tip you wonder; I just like to see people’s reactions when you do something nice for them. Sadly, not even a thank you. I won’t be going back.

Pleasantly surprised! Probably one of the best options in the area. We have tried everything else. And this place is our preferred option. Nice welcoming staff, vast open area. Voices don’t travel all over the place. Solid drinks, food prepared exactly as requested. I opted for the NY strip rare, jack and coke, and a salad.

Overcooked two steaks and refused to acknowledge it. Then charged for another full steak when asked to have it cooked correctly! Threatened to call the cops when we refused to pay for food they cooked poorly! Not recommended!!

Excellent food. Well seasoned fish and fresh perfectly cooked veggies. The Bavarian pretzel and bratwurst was really unique and delicious. Great friendly and fast service.

Date night with the misses. We were seated promptly and received immediate service from our waitress. We ordered a couple drinks, they were great. I had the chicken fry and she had the steak bites. Both dishes were good. It was a nice night out. Will return again.

Awesome place if you’re from out of town. The staff and other patrons were as friendly as can be with a cool decor. I had the steelhead special and it cooked perfectly along with great sides. Definitely recommend!

A welcome discovery! My first time in Grangeville and this restaurant and was very pleased with quality and freshness of the food. They were very accommodating with vegetarian options and also letting us split entrees. I will definitely return to this restaurant! The ambience is extremely pleasant and aesthetic…very homey and comfortable. Very reasonable prices.
