We were driving through for our annual Colorado camping trip, so tired and hungry at 8pm…saw this place on google we gave if a shot. My husband got el pastor street tacos, they were delicious. I had chicken enchiladas with green sauce, it was spicy and delicious. Our kiddos had chicken quesadillas, they enjoyed them. Wish I had taken pics but we were so hungry from traveling. The restaurant is very traditional Mexican, which we for sure enjoy, all the servers and cooks were friendly and worked hard. The food was nice and hot, but the plates were not hence freshly made no warming area here!!

Wow, great authentic Mexican food/seafood. We were the only two table of non-Hispanic diners. Salsa bar, bottle beers, real sugar soda and Mexican soda, michelada, Fresca. The mocajete Azteca was tasty, large portion. Service was slow during busy time, which ran close to closing time. Will stop cheer again when in the area.

I came in after eating some chips at the gas station, a friend told me to order the Fortnite Burger, and man…. It did not disappoint! It was one of the best burgers I have ever had in my life time. Definitely check out La Cocina de Maria. It serves some very good authentic food. The menu could be a bit more bigger but they make up with their delicious Fortnite Burgers.
