The inside of the building is nice, nothing is fancy or stands out. The server who takes your order at the counter was rude and rushed us to make a choice acting annoyed. Other reviews mentioned this as well. The food comes out decently quick when it’s not busy, but the sushi is hastily put together, some sides barely having any rice at all. The server doesn’t bring out the chopsticks or silverware, or tell you where to get them, or say anything to you at all really. You just have to assume where the box is. For the price you only get a couple of pieces anyway. Barely any meat or fish in them, they’re 80% filled with cucumber. The hibachi is alright, steak is pretty good and a decent amount is served, but the staff is where this places real downfall is.

First time trying Hibachi Express and the food was excellent! Placed my order over the phone and picked up in person. My to go order was ready on time, very carefully packaged and came with additional condiments. The meal was more than I could have asked for. My kids enjoyed their fried shrimp with fries and a drink. I enjoyed the hibachi combo entree that comes with steak, chicken, shrimp, vegetables and comes with rice and a salad. The chicken and shrimp were delicious, I also loved the steak but requested the steak well done (my fault since I am so picky) but wish I had let them do it their way and not requested well done. I have to say I am very impressed and have found my new favorite takeout.

The hibachi was really good. I got the three meat and noodles. We also ordered four different kinds of sushi. It was the worst spider roll i have ever had in my life, and the other rolls had very little fish and too much of the filling like cucumber. It just made the rolls taste weird. The pricing on the sushi was low comparatively, and I would rather pay more and have better rolls.

My steak and shrimp habichi was flavorless, zero seasoning and my steak was not cook as requested (medium well), it was well over cooked. Also, the Japanese noodles in my create your own bowl were Ramen noodles. Needless to say, this was my first and last time ordering from there.

This was the first and frankly the only I will eat here. The Hibachi was ok, the scallops and steak were good but the shrimp was tough. Some of the veggies were overcooked and others undercooked. I am not sure how that happens on the same plate. The real kicker was the server practically threw the sushi roll plate at us. As far as the decor goes they didn’t even try. The young man behind the counter was polite but his mom was rude af, and don’t even get me started about the fly I had to keep shooing away.

Sat down to eat with my family and a guest and 1 by 1 everyone said mmm. We finally found a go to take out spot! I walked in for pickup and could smell that the food was going to be good. Did an online order and everything was correct and it was done super fast. Also very reasonable with prices. The sauces and ginger dresses all tasted great and like they were made in house.

This place is a joke. I came here once to try it since everyone at my work seem to enjoy it. My first encounter with the lady upfront wasn’t pleasant. She’s rude and makes you feel she’s doing you a favor by being here. Food is mediocre at best. I told myself, maybe the cooks ar this rude lady had an off day. Today I decided to try them once more ..but low and behold this lady is still rude and very short. Her attitude sucks big time. I started by ordering just fried rice and she already assumed I was ordering just regular fried rice and gave me a price and I said, no cuz I don’t know yet. Then I saw tonkatsu chicken and decided on that and she immediately assumed I’m getting the fried rice too. I said no and if I the food came with yum yum sauce and rudely she responded that it came with it. I asked if I can get extra and right away twenty five cents. She delivered my plate in the table with attitude …never again will I go back to this place. Their food is not even great, sushi rolls are overpriced and smaller compared to other sushi place. Waste of money ..
