I just ordered pickup online for a steak and cheese wrap. I ordered extra cheese and there’s barely and cheese, i asked that it was cut in half and not only was it not cut in half but it literally wasn’t even wrapped up. This is how it was served to me. The meat is dry and gross too. I definitely won’t be back.

I tried Brothers Roast Beef for the first time today after hearing how good they are. And they didn’t let me down!! It was awesome! Great fast service. I ordered a steak, cheese, and onion calzone and they didn’t skimp on the meat! It was full of meat and amazingly tasty!! I will definitely be trying some other menu items in the near future!! I’ve definitely got high standards for meatball subs, and this place did not disappoint. The bread was very fresh, the meatballs plump and juicy and the sauce was unique and tasty. I did ask for the bun toasted but it wasn’t, and for provolone cheese which they did put on and was also good. Unfortunately, my girlfriend ordered a steak and cheese and she didn’t like it, so I took off a star. But I was happy with what I got overall.

Ordered there for Mother’s Day after spending the morning out. We have been going for years and lately it has definitely gone downhill with their quality and service but we ordered anyway because it was easy and close. I don’t think one person finished their meal ($120 order). Cold fries, dry chicken, unfresh veggies, not to mention they made about 3 mistakes with the order. I ordered the beef plate to play it safe and it was so bad I couldn’t finish it. I also was sick the next 2 days after eating it. Really bad experience, we actually tore up the menu and agreed to never order again. Good luck if you go there I hope you get luckier than we did

I ordered a large steak and cheese sandwich for delivery, placed the order online. They let you customize the order and I asked for “XXtra” cheese (that is an actual option) and I don’t think there was *any* cheese on the sandwich. So disappointing, won’t be ordering from here again.

Just the absolute worst! Steak and cheese was so overcooked and dry, I don’t even think there was any cheese in it! The mushroom pizza was loaded with canned mushrooms, not fresh mushrooms, so it was just a soggy mess. It’s going right into the trash. Just the absolute worst.

They do NOT know how to follow instructions. I asked for Ranch dressing with my pizza, the delivery driver did NOT have Ranch dressing for me. I called the store and said, “Hey, I would like Ranch dressing, can you make sure the delivery driver has it for me?” I was told, YES, “ I will make sure the driver has the Ranch”. I asked the delivery driver, “ Do you have Ranch for me?, I have an EXTRA TIP for you ”. Most of these people don’t even care to RETAIN a customer let alone get an extra dollar in tip money- I regret tipping before I received my order. And the pizza barley had pizza sauce on it. I keep baffling, WHY did you make a PIZZA with little to no PIZZA sauce??!!! Go to REAL ITALIAN’S and get a slice of pizza with ranch- heck a real Italian, you won’t need ranch on they pizza.

I have been here many, many times over the years but I am a creature of habit so I have only ever gotten one item. Super beef 3-way. It’s a classic sandwich and very few places make it correctly. This is one of them that does…Roast beef is always perfectly cooked and toppings are just the way I like them. No complaints.
