It used to be one of my favorite places in Keokuk. The food is still good when they get it correct. Unfortunately they have gone down hill as of late. I know part of it is finding people to work there. Another is being able to get the product they need when they need it. Inside is just dirty it almost feels like they don’t care.

The ONLY PLACE IN QUINCY that was fairly clean! Only because they had a large group of customers right before we walked in! And at least the group of customers picked up their own trash! And tablets just needed to be wiped down but we still found a clean table and the store was short staffed.

We got a Mexican pizza and the crisp tortillas for the pizza had been cooked in rancid oil and tasted terrible. We took it back and they offered to make us another one, but we declined, since he made no mention of changing anything and made no apologies.

Several years ago this Taco Bell was one of the best fast food restaurants in Keokuk. It seems after 2019 it was sold to KBP foods and now is among the worst. Consistently out of stock. Once no tortillas, a few weeks later fryer caught fire, ect. Today I placed an order at the kiosk as you can’t order at the counter. Waited 10+ minutes and was told they were out of nacho fries. Maybe next time have a list of food they are out of. The employees were nice and offered me a replacement but this place is in free fall. It seems to me all the owners care about is profit. This place is just not worth going to anymore.

Tortilla chips always taste like burnt grease. Not even edible. If you call and let staff know that it’s gross they are extremely rude and have even cussed at me in the past.

This place and their employees attitude and incompetence are astounding. My food was cold. No cheese was melted. Three soft tacos were replaced with three potato tacos. There was no front counter person to take orders. We stood there for 10 minuets before we used the self order kiosk. No one said anything as I leaned on the counter at the register. When another person came in went up to the register and tried to get someone’s attention to order an employee said self order only today. Very rudly I might add. Then this old lady had the same issue but when she asked for her receipt the employee said we can’t give you one. Only text or email at the kiosk. Are you kidding me?!

Do not and I mean DO NOT! Get the chips and cheese. The chips were awful. The quesadillas haven’t been getting cut and the fries were soggy and cold. Overall pretty terrible do better Taco Bell do better.

Well there was broken machines so some foods couldn’t be made. The workers in kitchen complained loudly about having to make food for people in drive thru. It took a long time for them to process our order . The food was alright, but was not happy the workers was so loud and complaining made me not enjoy the food afterwards.
