This location is actually the worst, save your time and money and go to a different one. Food is kinda cold, tortillas not fresh, staff were kinda weird, and food just overall tastes not as good as bigger locations. This Cafe Rio location is comparable to McDonald’s. So sad

Normally love cafe rio, however, avoid this location. Staff does not understand your order and communicates terribly. Ordered two salads and got stems from lettuce and little to no beans rice and meat. Also ignored my request to hold guacamole due to an allergen. Terrible service.

When they say sweet barbacoa they mean SWEET. Also for some reason my hatch green chili tasted sweet. I’m glad I had it put on the side because my burrito would have been a weird sweet taste. The cilantro and lime rice may not have been the best since there was a very light hint of lime and cilantro. So much so I used my own lime to add more of what it was lacking. The carne asada needed a little more spice, more seasoning. Also the burrito is packaged with a weird Pico de Gallo that just served to get the bottom of my burrito soggy which rendered the burrito ineffective in staying together. In the end the burrito needed extra seasoning and to be eaten with a fork and knife.

I love Cafe Rio salads, but GO TO A DIFFERENT location! The staff is SO RUDE! The first time I went, I thought it was just two people having a bad day. I gave it another shot and they were all ornery! (a little side note: When I was eating outside, I noticed one of the gals leaving work, crossing the street and meeting up with somebody for less than a minute and then running back to work ).

This place has the BEST salads!! They are delicious, and they have so many options to customize your order. We also got some Niño Quesadillas for the kiddos, always a treat! The food is wonderful, but more importantly, the staff was friendly and attentive. They were so kind to our kiddos. We would definitely recommend this place for families. Especially if you love salads big enough to split!

This place BLASTS Chipotle out of the water! They are extremely generous when it comes to portion size unlike Chipotle. Cafe Rio is authentic and their employees are super friendly and kind!
