I’m not sure what changes have gone on recently at this location but I used to eat here semi-regularly until I moved and I never had any issues with the quality of food. Today I was craving some of their delicious crinkle cut, seasoned fries so I drove a bit out of the way to grab some. After requesting a few orders of the fries (to share with the fam) I was asked to pull up to wait for my fries. Better believe I was getting hyped for some delicious, crisp, golden french fries. My mouth was all but watering.

Third time ordering. First two times didn’t get my chicken ranch buffalo fries. This time got a salad that literally had lettuce, cucumbers and a little cheese. Nothing else. Ill order my zaxbys while I’m at work in Niceville where I work and they get it right everytime. I have never left any reviews. I get it happens sometimes but three times in a row means employees don’t care.

Went to zaxbys tonight to get dinner orders the “loaded bacon ranch” fries asked for extra cheese, extra ranch and chicken. Get down the road and open the box and it’s literally dripping ranch and the slots in the box are full of ranch I could’ve scooped it with a spoon… then when I took it back to to ask them to correctly make it everyone laughed while opening the box and looking in it… terrible customer service and if the employees are gonna play and put nearly a whole bottle of ranch in the food like their being a smart a** they don’t need to work there ! This is ridiculous !

We decided to go in this time because they usually forget something. We were greeted with people that obviously hate their job. We were able to clean the crumbs off a table and get a drink that was low on syrup. Food was ready quick and they only forgot one of our drinks. That was an easy fix this time thanks to the dine in experience. So if you don’t mind bad attitudes and crunchy seats head to pace for some decent chicken.

I decided to get a chicken sandwhich plain. Just the chicken and the bread. The sandwhich i got was hard, had pickles on it and was nasty. Went back to get another one and asked to get it plain again and fresh. The lady working was rude and not nice and on top of that she repeated the order and they still messed it up. how hard is it to get a chicken plain right? never going back.

first zaxby’s experience and what a let down. the chicken is the opposite of crispy and the Zax sauce was horrible. the fries were bland and the iced tea was mid at best. the interior was pretty cool though

I ordered a Cobb salad as I have done a few times there, but I noticed that my salad leaves were a bit brownish so I ignored that and just went on to eating my salad until I discovered what appeared to be a dead fly in my salad. I discretely asked the manager to come to my table because I had something to show her. She seen the fly and then asked me did I want my money back. It bothered me that she even asked me because to me her response should have been I will refund you, your money and maybe even the next meal is on us. So I told her I didn’t want a refund and just left. Moral of the story, no more Pace Fl zaxbys for me

The chicken sandwich was horrible, but the chicken tenders were amazing, the fries have seasoning that reminds me of Larwryseason salt. They took me back to my childhood. The chicken tender sauce is yummy, kinda reminds me of Canes on the west coast.

I gave them a 2 star rating because it’s very nice and clean inside. However, the girl behind the counter was super rude! Mia is her name. She needs more training for sure. As far as the food that we spent $50 on it was awful! The chicken was dry the bread on my sandwich was hard! The sodas were all the wrong flavor and they didn’t provide me with the sauces I ordered. This was a pick up order my family is super busy so the pickup option is always more convenient for us. I will not go back to this Zaxby’s. By the way this is the 3rd time I have had a bad experience with this location we are local. However I leave reviews after my 3rd visit to give them another chance in case it was bad the first time. I hate leaving these kinds of reviews but somebody needs to know.
