Having gone several times before and having great food and service, we chose to go for a family birthday dinner. We ordered four different large pizzas and two large salads to share among us. Each pizza was perfection; crust crisp but not dry, sauce flavorful, toppings well cooked and generously applied (the lasagna pie has been talked about almost weekly since then). The salads were crisp and fresh and more than enough for a few helpings apiece for our large group. While the desserts looked great, we had brought a birthday cake of our own which they served along with singing. The service was great; attentive to us, our needs and timely. Other patrons joined in the singing and, by the time we left, we were all talking together. All in all, it was a wonderful time made better by Cerbone’s. I can’t wait to go back!

Having spent the last 2 months undergoing radiation treatment at the Dickstein Cancer Center, I thought it would be nice to surprise the valet guys who help me every day with a couple of pizzas. Called in an order and was told it would be ready in 25-30 minutes. Since I was driving down from Northern Westchester it would have been perfect timing. However, when I arrived to pick up 30 minutes later, I was told they were not ready. They had been too busy making the pizzas for the window and the guy that took the order never told anyone. No apologies, no regrets. Was told if I still wanted them I would have to wait for them to be prepared and baked. Employees had a total lack of consideration and could care less attitude! Not to mention that it left me stranded without the gift I had planned to deliver. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS PLACE AGAIN AND URGE YOU TO DO THE SAME! There are hundreds of pizza places to choose from in and around White Plains. Wish I had gone elsewhere!

Love the food fell in love with the place right away. However after many visits (5) I will not go back because of the terrible service. The waiter has you feeling guilty for having walked into the place and wanting to eat. I suggested Cerbones to friends of mine who called me to tell me their terrible experience wth the same waiter as well. I was just there last Wednesday and once again had to feel bad for asking for food. It’s a shame the waiter isn’t as great as the Chef.

Worst food I have ever tasted. Totally without seasoning or flavor. The service was sub-par. I asked for butter, used what was in the little dish, asked for more and the busboy just dumped the new butter patties over the old ones. He didn’t even bother to give me a clean dish. The waiter behind the bar was not so nice, either. Won’t go back anytime soon.

I want to start off by saying I love the food at Cerbone’s, but not enough to deal with the attitude, rudeness and pushback I was given by the young lady taking my phone order today. Our company orders lunch for a prompt 12pm meeting everyday so ordering in a timely matter is very important to us. The online ordering service doesn’t take your order before 11am and when you call in they have you wait on the phone until exactly 11am and then don’t tell you til after you finish placing a large order that you won’t have it for an hour and a half??? To add insult to injury she preceded to tell me that I should have ordered yesterday for a lunch order today……again rude! I ordered salads and pizza rolls, nothing fancy….really???? They clearly don’t need the business or appreciate loyal customers. I am very sadden that I have to take them off my list of lunch ordering places.

My family & I went to eat Italian food at Carbone’s on Tarrytown Road. The sign outside of store stated kids eat FREE on Tuesday & Thursday. Dine in only. At end of meal, waitress gave us the bill of $80. My wife asked about kids free sign. We were told the entrees had to be $20 each for kids to be free. Very Deceptive & Dissatisfied with how bill was executed.

Everything at Cerbone’s is awesome. It is now our favorite place to eat and order out. Sunday Pasta is great and the food is always fresh, delicious and affordable. We live close to several other Italian restaurants, but the quality of the food keeps bringing us back to Cerbone’s. Definitely worth the extra 10 minute drive.
