The Hutchinson store is small but mighty. I don’t get to go very often, but I always get hot, fresh, good quality food. The staff are always friendly. Hopefully the owners will fix the drive thru speaker soon!

Speakers were broken. Man who took order seemed to not know how to work on it, but got help. Asked same questions several times. Took quite awhile to just order. Food came fast. Always good always fast. Old family favorite!

Very disappointed.!! We spent 10 minutes trying to order. The cash register help was completely untrained. Although she was very nice girl. No one at our table had their order correct. No one ever checked on us to see if our food was okay . I asked an employee that was walking by if she would send the manager back to our table, the manager never came. This used to be a very well run restaurant when the previous manager Cindy, ran it. Since then it has really gone downhill. The consensus at our table is that no one will be back anytime soon. I am including a picture of a chicken plank that was in the order, that should have been called a chicken finger instead, because it was about the size of my finger. I think this is the first negative review I’ve ever given.

My daughter and I went for lunch on Saturday, April 1st. First thing when you walk in the floor is filthy. The cashier was nice but flustered. We received someone else’s order first then our correct order. There were no cups for vinegar, no other condiments out without requesting packets. It took forever to get a cup of tea because it hadn’t been made for the day and it was almost 12:00. We both ordered a number one and the batter was not done. The outer edges were fine but when we bit into the middle we both ended up with raw batter oozing out. We will not be back. This place has just continued to decline since Cindy left. The new owners really shot themselves in the foot with the way they treated the wonderful employees who use to work there.

If you we’re working on the evening of June 9th, 2023, you all nailed it! I came in and ordered a carry out combo, everyone was kind and courteous even after I realized that I left my wallet in my vehicle. I came back and paid for my order, which was ready pretty quickly and when I got home everything was great, the fries and food was all hot and perfectly cooked!

Do you really want to know? We felt that the prices were tooooo high! Fish tacos were one tortilla and a piece of fish — no tartar sauce or anything. I, personally, ordered a chili dog. Went to look for fork and knife, none. Had to ask for one. Service was slow. Ordered the root beer freeze, which came out in time, but was almost gone by the time food came out. My daughter and I went to the bathroom before leaving, there was toilet paper, but not in it’s holder. We’re not happy at all! Sorry to give a bad review, but those people need to learn a few things.

This place was filthy. Trash and food all over the floor. Guy took our order and almost an hour later were still waiting. Go ask where our food was, he never submitted it and he disappeared. Was told we could get our money back, swiped our card and money was not put back in our bank act. Will never go back!

First waited in the line for 40 min I couldn’t back out due to the lane so finally get up to the window keep in mind there was only one truck in front of me . He takes my order and is mad at me for ordering I guess . I order they just stand around for another 10 min. I Can see through the the window right Then they decide to drop some fries in the fryer. Wait another 10 min. Then finally after another. Ten min i get the rest of my order the location in Hutchinson Kansas is out of control. You should have see.
