Initially they took a while to take our order then we were told to pull forward and wait for the chicken nuggets from my 2 year olds meal because they had to cook them, we waited and they forgot his juice and once they brought out the food we drove home only to see that his nuggets that they were “cooking” were raw inside. My son could have easily ate this and gotten sick, needless to say we will not be going back

Went today and ordered the beef and cheddar 2 for 7 deal and I asked them to remove the cheddar and I was told that I couldn’t do that. Even a friend of mine had been going everyday and ordering it that way. I didn’t understand why I couldn’t order it the way I wanted it. I was never a problem before and I couldn’t even get a reasonable answer as to why. I took my money elsewhere.

When I went there with my service dog I went to the restroom before going to the counter but before I can even get to the restroom one of the boys saying are you can’t have dogs in here and I told him shes a. When I came out of the restroom I’ve been confronted with couple of the employees questioning saying can I see her vest and got upset when I say no and even after I told him what the service was for they kept on insisting if I had and willing to show paperwork which is against the law. They were very rude and unwelcoming and told me I can’t bring my service dog in

Could barely hear the people talking in the drive through. My child said one thing in the back ground (didn’t scream) and then some one in the background goes “can’t hear over that screaming lbaby” my kids 4, didn’t even scream… she asked for nuggets

For a fast food restaurant it is pretty nice. It was super clean too, even in the bathrooms! The service was above and beyond! It was like being in a sit down restaurant! They came over and asked if we needed anything and if our meal was good. So friendly!
