This place needs to close down or find someone else to own it or run it. They are absolutely horrible. They never have delivery drivers, so I am wondering why they still have that as an option for ordering. My wife ordered our food tonight and was called back and told they had no dough to do a New Yorker pizza because all of their dough already had sauce on it and once again, they advised her they had no driver for delivery. How do you run out of dough? You are a pizza place!!

Dominos is much better and more affordable and has better service! I’m not expecting anyone to kiss up to behind at but this was extra. Door wasn’t locked, walked in to pick up an online order was not aware only drive thru was open. I was standing there for a few minutes while everyone gave me a disgusting look. A lady from the back with no head gear making pizzas ordered another lady upfront to tell me to exit the lobby because their “short staffed” with 5 employees working 3 cooling and 2 upfront.the lady who tells me to exit and to go thru drive to pick up was so rude. I was already right there and my order was there on the counter as I’m looking at it.

They do not give you your extra toppings, when you have paid for them. They have done this more than once to me. If its not satisfactory next time, I will let them keep the pizza and get my money back.

I scheduled the order to be delivered at 4:30pm and it was delivered at 3:45pm. I was able to keep the pizzas warm and was happier with them being delivered early versus late, but that was the only issue. Pizzas were good.

Worst pizza hut ever! Order over $50 worth of food after waiting 20 minutes on the phone to get order made then told no driver to deliver after already charging credit card. You need to get training on how to run a business, how to answer a phone, and how to be courteous to paying customers, as well as hiring people competent enough to do their job!! Ok so I gave them over 2 hours and a second chance…this place is a total bunch of idiots and still no pizza. Now that I think about it the food probably would have tasted like crap just like their service.

Poor customer service. I was calling at 7ish, no answer. Arrived, no order. My kids and I were having family night only to end up with no pizza. We ended up not having it and my kids thought I actually lied to them ..smh

The order was inaccurate. The staff was unprofessional, uncooperative and unwilling to rectify the order until I called corporate. Corporate kept me on hold for more than 1/2 an hour and I had to abandon the call. It was the worst experience I have had in years.
