We went at 5pm on a Wednesday no issue being seated but we beat the crowd, people started coming in right after us but we weren’t crowded. We were a party of ten . The waitress was attentive and made sure our drinks stayed full and got all of our orders correct. The chef was very entertaining and the kids loved it. I got the chef special and she also added on fried spicy crab rolls. The food was good and cooked how I asked. The place could use some cosmetic updates and better appearances but food was good and so was service.

went to this place to celebrate me receiving a dream job offer! To my disappointment, the experience was very bad! It was late on their business hour and the waiter & cook were tired. The food is not worth the price. What’s worse is that the waitress (she seems to be the boss) pushed me to sign my credit card while I was still eating!!!!!! Won’t come back again!

Comes close to 5* but with no kitchen help and only option being hot tables, going with 4. The chefs do a great job entertaining and food very good. Lunchtime reasonably priced. They easily accommodated a group of about 16 in the same room.

Normally very good. We waited 20 minutes for a table on Friday night.. Not bad. Normally they are pretty quick service after you sit down. Waited an extremely long time before someone took our drink order. I believe there was only one person cooking the food. We had two tables in front of us that he had to cook for. We ended up being there more than 3 hours. Something dripped on the table from the hanging light. And finally he didnt season the food today so it tasted bland.

Went to Shogun to celebrate my wife’s B-day. 9 people total. Cook was best part fun and entertaining. Food was good. 1/2 way thru our meal the roof started leaking next to our table. Wasn’t first time as the ceiling tile was totally stained from previous leaks. The leak was splashing on our clothing. After 3rd time asking for something to be done (neither time did they even come look at the leak.)

Decided to come here for my little one and mother’s birthday lunch, what a horrible mistake! Worst experience I’ve had in a long time..from the staff not wanting to be bothered with questions or anything of the sort, the cooks not wanting to take the time to properly prepare the meals(no seasoning in food), and also the staff couldn’t be bothered with us asking for a manager(completely ignored) to the vents, grills walls everything in this place is filthy with grease and black grime. 4 of the meals where 100% left behind cuz we couldnt eat it and staff was more worried about shutting down for lunch to open for dinner…absolutely will not be going back to this disgusting, health hazardous place, that displays an A rating from the health department…more like it needs to be an F rating and shut down! Don’t waste your time with this place yall it ain’t worth it.

I’ve been coming here for years and I’ve always ordered a cucumber salad, very simple cucumber with crab on top with a soy dressing. When I asked for it they told me no they couldn’t do it. Once upon a time it was on the menu but they had taken it off but they always always made the salad for me I was always willing to pay whatever price they wanted to charge me for the salad and have worked in enough restaurants myself to know you can put a miscellaneous charge on someone’s bill but this time they flat out would not make it. This is how I look at going to a restaurant if they have the ingredients to make it then just make it, no real reason they can’t they just didn’t want to. For this reason I will NEVER come back.

This place is amazing such wonderful stuff, so nice and welcoming the restaurant was very clean the kids thought the bridge across the ponds was awesome with the fish and the coins like a wishing well so cute! After we was seated our Chef came in dimmed the lights started cooking oh my goodness the smell of the food was delicious in its self! The portions are very Fulfilling pictures are attached. I would definitely recommend that you check this place out if you haven’t already.
