Stopped here (the place next door, which is served through the same storefront) and was disappointed with the bulgogi beef sandwich. Rundown:

I ordered the ginger chicken and it didn’t taste at all like ginger. Plus it was fried. It was basically like sweet and sour chicken. I even tried some of their “ginger” sauce and it didn’t taste at all like ginger. That was a big waste of money. $14 for a plate of sweet and sour chicken.

Dunno what the hype is, it’s dry katsu in a brioche bun that’s also kinda dry. The locals raved about it but I guess that’s just the NC standard, everything is lower quality than expected. Also it’s bibimbap not a seoul rice bowl

I recently ordered a poke bowl from this place and was extremely disappointed with my meal. The spicy tuna in my bowl was old and had a bad smell, which made me concerned about its safety and quality. Despite the decent rice and greens, there was nothing else in my bowl that was fresh. The toppings seemed like they had been sitting out for hours, and the overall quality of the meal was subpar. I won’t be ordering from here again, and I can’t recommend it to anyone looking for a good poke bowl experience.

Had the Honolulu bowl and it was perfect; fresh fish and lots of flavor. Service was friendly and quick. Look forward to trying something else next time!

This place should be the standard for how food should be made and presented. I cook for a living and let me tell you, the presentation was beautiful and each component of the dish was fresh and tasted amazing. I got the Seoul bowl…ate it, wrote this review without a photo, and went back to order another one just for the photo and because its so amazing. And their Togo boxes are compostable!

Good food for the price and convenience. Had the Kona bowl with spicy tuna, and can definitely recommend it to anyone who’s unsure of what to order. I had mine with white rice, but they also offer micro-greens as a substitute.

This is the BBQ beef bowl! This bowl is so amazing I’ve been to the food hall 3 times and 2 of those time I ordered this bowl both times. There is purple rice in the bottom stacked with sauted veggies shoots, carrots, beef topped with a fried egg garnished by sriracha and the “white sauce” from hibachi places. This dish is sooooo tasty and filling yet not heavy. They also give you a Very hefty amount. It’s worthy of $9 they charge!

Ordered delivery and they entirely messed up half the order. We had ordered and sandwich and it was just straight up not in the bag. The bowl that we did receive didn’t taste very good at all, not fresh and a weird flavor, and the little rice pods sprinkled all over it added an unpleasant styrofoam texture.

The one star is for the nice waitress. The food is so generic and bland. I ordered the pad Thai and I honestly can say the noodle tasted like plastic, such a bland taste and the shrimp was over cooked. The only way I could eat half of it was to ask for a lot of chopped green onions to give it a bit of flavor. I have had better food at a fast food Asian places.
