My friend and I had a delightful breakfast at Ellyngton’s at The Brown Palace this morning. We were scheduled for the final seating at 10:30 and at no time did the staff make us feel rushed at all. To the contrary, we were told to relax and enjoy even though they were setting up for dinner. My friend had an enormous serving of French Toast with berries which she could barely finish. She said it was absolutely delicious. I had the All American Breakfast. My eggs tasty a little waxy but everything else was fine. The berries were very fresh which was wonderful and the coffee was strong and plentiful. Our server, Hal, was charming and attentive and made our morning meal feel like an occasion. Just a super, genuine guy. We are looking forward to our next meal at Ellyngton’s.

Loved my experience at this restaurant. We went for a Sunday brunch after our anniversary, and it was great. Fun selection on the brunch menu. The menu is not too much but just enough to keep it creative. And the bottomless mimosas dinner hurt either. We ordered three entrees. One was a prime rib hash with eggs on top. That came out fantastic. Seasoned well and delicious. We also ordered French toast which was okay. I wish it would have had a little bit more creative flavor, but it was a good French toast. I ordered an Oscar omelette with hollandaise sauce, it was delicious. I love how it was creative. This is something that I would try to recreate, maybe in a different style, but the combination of flavors was great. The server was super fun and fantastic, I think all servers should be like her, especially in a beautiful hotel like the Brown Palace! Overall I would go here again. Bring family friends for a fun brunch. And the price is just right.

Wow! Absolutely terrible, don’t waste your money or time. The hashbrowns were cold, fruit was old, and I’m not sure how to comment on their version of biscuits and gravy. The executive chef (female) told us at our table the food was good before we ordered, that should tell you all you need to know….

The restaurant interiors are simply unbelievable and so is the entry through the hotel lobby. The food was pretty good as well and the customer service was amazing. The price was also very decent for such a high end restaurant. My favorite food was the soup

So unbelievably disappointing. We have been to Ellyngton’s in the past for brunch and have loved it (pre-COVID). We do an annual celebration there for multiple birthdays, anniversaries, etc., so it’s a big deal to our family. It was approximately $800 for 8 of us, which we expected and were happy to pay previously. However, if I am going to spend that kind of money for brunch, I expect top-notch food and service.

NO NO NO! The restaurant wasn’t even OPEN! Apparently, there was a flood so they decided to put the tables in a conference room in the hotel and spread the food out in the HALL! This felt ghetto for a $75 a person brunch. Service was super slow and we weren’t even informed of what brunch entailed. I came all the way from Florida to be truly disappointed!

The ambiance is good the portions are small and the price is high the eggs Benedict one egg was overcooked the other was undercooked needless to say the food preparation needs immediate improvement.

Hands down one of the best brunch experiences. Had the crab omelette and it was literally the best omelette I’ve ever had. Love that they offer tiered bottomless champagne options. The piano player elevated the atmosphere. I would definitely come here again.

Love this restaurant for breakfast and brunch. Our server Keith gave us excellent service and good menu recommendations. My husband got the steak and eggs which was great. I had the prime rib hash – the meat was cooked to perfection. Serving size is larger than I expected. I love the decor of The Brown Palace and Ellynton’s. It’s the prefect place for a date or to dine with family. The large windows offer a nice view of downtown Denver. Every time we have dined here, the service has been good. They also have one of my favorite brews of coffee. They offer valet parking at a reasonable price. All in all a great place to eat.
