Lately drive through never gets orders correct. Dining area dirty.. Slow service 3 times in two weeks order was incorrect. 14 min delay two cars in drive through..been terrible for months Last week Whopper lettuce was old brown response to owner answer…A well managed establishment would address matters of service failures with broad based training and employee development programs throughout the team.. Certainly this response it not addressing the issue ..If no action is taken till a complaint through the BK portal then certainly the review that the owner has read did not impact the point at issue
