Big selection is a great place to bring teenagers and big eaters. The fried catfish was really good this time, I saw the cooks put a fresh pan out, so I gave it a shot and it was piping hot where you could break it open and steam would come out. The popcorn shrimp tasted like overdone breading and no shrimp in it. But there were plenty of other items to try. Carrot cake is always first rate.

The salad tasted a bit off, the catfish was awesome. It was a super busy time of day amd we had to wait for a table after paying. The manager and the woman seating people didn’t say two words to us or apologize for the wait or say thank you. All we got was “how many?” The waitress was amazing. She was bussing tables and helping customers left and right amd never once faltered. She was personable and kind and made you feel welcome. Honestly they need an actual bussing staff and not make the waitresses do it.

Golden Corral had great service during the end when we sat down to eat and got a wonderful waitress Ashley she was overall amazing the whole time and made sure everything was good and ready to fill our drinks and get our plates out of our way but Arturo Gonzales a general manager or the owner was not great what so ever, very unprofessional and did not address the situation appropriately when I and my mother had first walked in and got bad service from the lady who asks and serves people drinks. First of all my mother was already having an awful day because of situations with her heart so she was crying and had a shaky voice Because of it so when we showed up all my mom asked for is a glass of water and then she got cut off and didn’t even get to say what other drink she had wanted because the lady had rudely interrupted my mom and said we have water already it’s been sitting out the whole time waiting for people to grab it but we didn’t want one that’s been sitting out we had wanted one fresh cold and with lots of ice because that’s how we like it but she had gone off and went to another worker and switched stations so a different person was waiting on us because we asked for a colder better drink than what was being provided she had an attitude with us and said because we were being rude but that wasn’t the case at all Arturo had taken the original girl that didn’t wanna serve us our drinks anymore aside but at the end when we left she was being all smart and said have a nice day we know she was trying to get us even more irritated with her and how she was acting that’s when we had wanted to talk to the manager the person in charge and got treated disrespectfully and would get interrupted and eyes rolled at us.

After being absent from the Golden Corral scene for about 10 years I decided to try it out here and it was actually really nice! It seems to be very clean and well kept also most of the food that was up there was pretty fresh. The only reason I gave it a four is because some of the fish was a little salty and the macaroni and cheese was a little sub par other than that you are definitely getting a deal if you go for lunch, especially if you are for quantity over quality.

Went for Mothers Day with my husband, daughter and her family, the food was not good, the salad was ok, but the tuna salad was runny. The only thing that my grandson ate was fried chicken and that’s because it was very fresh. I loved the time spent was with family and making memories with them.

Food wasn’t done, they mixed up the beef liver sign with the chicken fried steak and my husband didn’t know any better. He said the beef tasted strange. I was a chef when I was younger and I knew what was. I laughed, but they got it straight. Eggs were runny and cold. My sausage links were red and tasted bad
