What’s really sad is that this is the only Starbucks that can never make my drink the way I ask. I’ve had great experiences at other locations and it’s my mistake for even giving them chance after chance. The staff is friendly ish. I asked for an iced brown sugar shaken espresso with the ice strained out. Every other location fills the cup up with oat milk. This one? See photo.

This Starbucks sucks when getting orders out when they are busy. We ordered three drinks and it took 20 minutes to get two drinks then we waited 20 more minutes for last drink because they skipped our last drink. They didn’t even offer to give it for free and no care in the world. We asked to speak to the manager and they refused to get the manger. Ridiculous

I do like Starbucks but I have to say that when they’re busy, they don’t keep up with there cleaning. We had to clean our own table outside because there’s never enough employees or someone assigned to take care of things. But I’m happy to be able to take my pups. This location has a great outdoor sitting area with plenty of roof overhang to hide from the beating sun.

I wish I could give – 100 stars. I have waited in the line for 40 minutes for refreshers. When I was telling them what I want in my drink they quickly interrupt saying what was in it already. After their stupid pathetic interruptions they mess up our orders. Not only but the customer service was lacking. Didn’t say have a nice day or anything either. I wish this Starbucks could evaluate their workers and hire ones that respect their customers. Wouldn’t even give me time to put my money away with me ending up just throwing on the car floor

Waited over 15 minutes for one plain, cold coffee which I ordered because it’s easy, and I THOUGHT it would be quick. I had to leave, so I got a refund. The cashier offered me a $4 card for my troubles, but when I went to use it 30 mins later, it has no balance. This is why I’ll only choose this place if there is no other option.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations. One time I had an issue with my order it was corrected immediately, acknowledged by the manager and the manager even gifted me a gift card to use on a return visit.

We have come to this location many times and it is almost always disappointing. The staff is not rude, but they consistently make our drinks wrong or give us the wrong item entirely. Im gonna just stick with Wawa coffee going forward…
