I like that I can order online but I don’t like not seeing on the screen, if you got my “check in” notice. I waited for 15 minutes only to find out that someone already checked me off the list without delivering my order. We need to see the screen, at least at the bottom to know that we were checked it. And the status of our orders.

Review update; Today is April 10th and I’ve been here a few times since my first review from a couple months ago. It has been good since then. Today they are understaffed so the lanes are closed and only the drive thru is open. I would think if the manager called others to come in and work some would have. Regardless, the crew today was very friendly and served quickly. The food was pretty good. See pics.

This Sonic location is a hit or miss. Sometimes they are fast and courteous, others they are rude and slow. Tonight I never received my order and when I inquired about it, the lady was dismissive with no care about my problem.

I am a regular at this sonic, and I always am given my food by one young lady named Karla. She is the absolute sweetest thing and I have started looking forward to my conversations with her during my daily sweet tea. Great job for training these young kids. (Great sweet tea too)
