I tried this food truck at the 1675 distillery one Saturday. I had been following their Instagram for a while since that’s where they post their weekly schedule and menu! The birria tacos were so amazing, I went the following weekend to get them again!! My boyfriend had gotten the street tacos with chicken which he said were very good especially with the homemade hot sauce they provide. I can’t wait to go to this food truck again!

Please have cilantro, cheese, sour cream for each dish, vs. select items. When someone asks for sour cream or extra sour cream or cilantro, anything cold, please put on side vs. cooking in quesadilla. Mine was so soggy because she cream cooked inside. Also, why lettuce on quesadilla? No bueno.

El Sabor del Bajio was an excellent choice for our annual team picnic. Our team at Chick-fil-A absolutely loved the tacos and quesadillas. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was fresh and delicious. Pricing was affordable. The truck arrived with plenty of time to spare before our team started arriving. Overall, great experience.
