Recently wrote a negative for a different McDonald’s. This one was on a different spectrum. Went for breakfast, and was greeted / acknowledged by 3 different people. When I needed something extra,I was acknowledged at the counter and quickly helped. Was clean. Food was as expected.. I attribute this to a good manager. I did speak to a person cleaning the floor, and they spoke well of him.

This is the worst McDonald’s we’ve ever been to. Drive thru Lanes were very busy so we went inside & had to wait a half hour for a simple order of 3 items. The only thing in the lobby was napkins, no soda or water dispenser. Went to eat at the tables outside & they were all dirty & french fries on the ground.

WELL WENT THERE TO THE MCDONALD ON US 92 at about 11:00 pm where I spent almost $50 and for my food to be burnt and not made right fries I asked for no salt on my fries they just put them back in the grease and made them hard and my chicken was burnt even tho I wanted a fish which they said they was out and I ain’t get a deluxe chicken sandwich I don’t know wat it was but I couldn’t eat it I throw it in the trash

Drive thru around 4:30 took forever for 4 cars. The order taker started and stopped 3 times. The cashier told me the price and didn’t utter another word. How ever, that was better than the kid who gave me the food. She didn’t say a single word. And to too it off, the 6 piece chicken McNuggets were literally inedible. Horrendous experience.

This place has THE worst customer service staff I have ever encountered. They are very unprofessional, impolite, unpleasant and negligent staff. They closed down in the middle of the day. I was in drive thru and waited over 20 min, when it came my time to order, a gentleman came to the speaker and states, “ we are closed and will reopen in an hour”… How can a place just decide in a middle of the day on Sunday around 1pm just to stop serving. I refused to leave and drove to the window like I normally would if I had ordered. They took the money from the white suv in front of me and gave her the food and refused to come to the window. I waited what seems to have been 10 minutes, very frustrated as you can imagine. There were 3 staff members just standing around and talking, you could see them laughing to each other, when one of them noticed I was video recording she came to the window. Very rude ” yes?” So i voiced my concern and asked why they are closing at 1 pm on Sunday, no notice outside to make people aware so we are not wasting time sitting in drive thru and waiting for no reason.? She shouts “ we are closed” “ i have to leave, we don’t have second shift here, I politely asked to speak to a manager and not argue with her. Manager, identifies herself after I asked what her name is, however, very vague and unclear name she gave me ( but its in the video)… again she shouts …yes? So harsh and nasty, unprofessional,, states she does not have the staff to continue orders, they have too many deliveries or something along those lines. Straight out refused to take my order, I only wanted coffee and one other thing and had i been notified or aware I would have gone to the gas station across the street. Wow !!! To run a business like this and be so careles, rude, incompetent and unprofessional, just disturbs me. I have a video of the whole conversation with the team, in the same amount of time or probably less, they could have served me coffee and a sandwich and I could have paid and gone about my day, in less time than standing there looking like lazy bums refusing to serve their paying customers. What a shitshow of a place. Will report to BBB and corporate. No words to describe the dissatisfaction and disappointment. Will never go to this place again, i can imagine they can care less, but with that mentality and work ethic this place will shut down. Someone from upper management or leadership might want to visit and witness this for yourself.

The bathrooms we’re gross but otherwise it was ok. The lady taking our order saved us 5 bucks by getting us the special instead of 2 value meals. Food was hot and as fresh as McDonald’s can be. Also, it was very busy and their quick order screens were down or off.

Just bought 2 triple cheeseburgers tasted like straight salt. There soda machine is down only water and sweet tea. I went to call and complain there phone is left of the hook. Needless to say I just threw 8 dollars out the window!

This particular Mc Donald’s I have eaten at every Friday for for the past 9 months. The last 3 visits. I have had to go inside to pick up my mobile order only to find the manager and staff playing. Ignoring the pile up at the drive thru while no customers are in the store. The manager seems to be trying real hard to have more than business relations with his female employees. Whoever owns this store should make pop visits.

I gave one star because the customer service clerk was not courteous and sounded like it wasn’t his place to work. He didn’t know the menu. He was wearing a hood jacket and never removed the hood. Restrooms weren’t clean and either the eating area. My Carmel Frapp was terrible.
