Took forever for someone to acknowledge we were even there because they were all screwing around in the back. Then took forever to get our food because of the same reason. Chicken was guaranteed fresh by the server when it was brought out to our table but it definitely wasn’t fresh! It was room temperature at best and very greasy. Will not be back!

Visited this location for the first time on 6/8/23 between 4:45-5:05pm. Pricey for what you get nowadays & the staff manning the registers inside were friendly though understandably sitting around bored since it was dead empty inside. Had a hard time understanding half of what the cashier that serviced me said due to either mumbling or soft spoken.

I went through the drive thru about 15 minutes after they opened. The lady on drive through informed me they didn’t have any original recipe breasts so I had to opt for the alternative. I am a pretty easy going guy, but it kinda seems unreasonable to not have food ready when you open. It wasn’t like there was a rush on KFC on a Wednesday for lunch. The service was standard, she was kind and doing the best with what she had available. I don’t want to fault her for the kitchen not doing their job.

Thank you for labeling the delivery bags with the # of bags in the order. This helps us customers catch Doordash drivers who steal food, like driver Travis did today with our bag of biscuits. He tried to blame the restaurant but not restaurant’s fault! Keep it up, KFC!

Went here for lunch in the middle of a 9 hour drive. By far the best customer service I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. Jeramiah made sure to make everything fresh to order and kept us updated with how long it would be. If he isn’t a manager already, it should be seriously considered. Anytime we are passing through, we will be sure to come here again specifically because of how great he was!
