I’ve been going to this little place for five years now. The quality of the food is excellent. Try the fried dumplings but I’ve eaten almost everything on the menu and I have not been disappointing. Not one time in the five years I’ve eaten there takeout or delivery they don’t really have dine in facilities. But there is a spot to eat for a small group. They are some of the friendliest people I’ve met in Jacksonville. If you want good food, this is the place.

My husband and I used to eat here often, at least every other week. The last few times something has always been missing from the to go order. Today, once again, something was missing. I ordered sweet and sour chicken and there was no sweet and sour sauce. You probably think with the last few times of this happening we would double check before leaving with the food. However working in the industry myself I should not have to do this. Especially if it has been brought to their attention each and every time. This is what I pay them to do. The owner is always very polite. However never willing to help compensate for the loss of time and gas we are spending to retrieve the missing items. Today was the last straw and the last chance we were willing to give. We can no longer support a company that is not willing to stand behind their customer service. We did however receive a free egg roll for the mishap today.

Really disappointed. The food was flavorless. We got lo mein , fried rice and cheese wontons. I kept adding soy sauce to taste something. There was barely any vegetables in the lo mein, just noodles. We steamed up our own broccoli to add, but come on. Should we have to do that? The wontons were mostly dough, barely any cheese feeling. Not to mention they took over an hour and a half to deliver.

So I decided to try this place ever since I heard about the review from King Wok on Racetrack (not like I’ve eaten food from them very recently either). The food here is meh. I’ve tried this place 3 times & although it was better then King Wok, it wasn’t impressive either. The pork fried rice I ordered was very bland & not to mention, they give little cubes of pork instead of decent sized pieces. The chicken wings I’ve tried are small in my personal opinion but their sesame chicken is pretty good so I’ll give some credit there. Overall, this place is alright. Not great but it’s not terrible, especially after hearing about the review about King Wok. If the rice could have more flavor along with the other vices I mentioned, then I’ll more than happy to give higher stars.

I have Ordered from this place faithfully for 3 years, until their new driver decided he wasn’t going to drop off my food. They did not bother to get ahold of their driver (after multiple calls )to the deliver or pick up new food that was already an hour and a half past the scheduled time. Their new third party company and postmates made me wait 5 days for a return that will now take another 5 days. Unsatisfactory.
