Some of the best fried chicken I’ve ever had!! It was so juicy and crispy; and the flavor of the breading is sooo good! Best part was it wasn’t expensive, I got 8 breasts, 2 sides of Mac and cheese, 2 sides of mashed potatoes, and 2 pops and only spent $35!! Definitely a five star

First off let me start off with this is (NOT) a fast food chicken place like kfc if you want chicken in 2 minutes go there but…..if you want some of the best fried chicken you ever ate piping hot even after the drive home than look no further I seen the reviews on google and figured I would give it a try and boy am I glad I did the gentleman at the window was very nice I ordered the 20 piece mix with mashed and gravy and coleslaw and it comes with 6 rolls I waited about 25 minutes however when he handed me the bucket I understood why every chicken order is made fresh to order it was just out the fryer my car smelled so good it was hard not trying to grab a leg on the way home and start smashing right then but it was way too hot but the chicken was outstanding very crispy tons of flavor and (FRESH) the mashed potatoes and gravy were also amazing as was the coleslaw everything about my experience at this little gem was 5 star from the service to the food do yourselves a favor and get you a hot bucket from Woody’s I promise you wont be disappointed!!!!

Called in an order for an 8-piece meal, and even though we had to wait a bit longer to get our food (the lady was a bit backed up with orders, which is totally understandable), everything was worth the wait. Hot, fresh fried chicken, perfect mac and cheese… and we got a couple extra pieces for having to wait. That’s customer service you can’t beat! Don’t sleep on Woody’s… we’ll definitely be coming back next time we’re downtown! (takeout/drive-thru only, just fyi)
