Went through the drive thru and ordered their seasonal shake and a buffalo chicken sandwich meal. When I opened the bag the curly fries were old and VERY hard. My husband went in and exchanged the fries and when he returned with them I opened the bags and had maybe 1/2 of the fries I did in the batch or hard ones if I was lucky.

The fries were terrible. They were cold the first time. Took them back to the counter, gave us warm ones but they were super hard and burnt. Also took a long time to get the food. And the girl that took our order was not friendly at all. Never made eye contact and barley looked up from the register. Wouldn’t return to this arbys.

My mom and I went to Arby’s l, we ordered the #5 and the #8, they gave us a #1 instead of the #5 so we went back to get the #5 and they wanted the sandwich back, so we handed it to them and they threw the #1 away! and didn’t give us a refund!! AND THE CHICKEN STRIPS (#8) WHERE HARD AF!!

I had a giant hair in my fries and didn’t realize it until it was my mouth. My son had a big ball of fuzz on his chicken strips. Also my chicken sandwich seemed like it was cooked with a dehydrator. Somehow Arby’s Storm Lake is the nastiest place to eat in town.
