Not sure if these are what they are suppose to just be but the tortilla is hard, one of the chickens is small. And the spicy just has sauce. Definitely not what’s pictured online and on the drive thru menu. Famous bowls were so-so.

Ordered a family 16 piece meal at 9 pm. The store confirmed and gave me a time to pick up at 922 pm. My wife gets there and they said they weren’t gna make the chicken because they closed in 30 minutes. And that we had to cancel the order in the app. But we aren’t able to cancel an order that’s been confirmed. Will call in the morning and speak to the night manager, Jason’s, boss. As of now I’m out fifty dollars. Do not recommend. The family and I are out money while we’re on vacation because they didn’t feel like finishing out there job.

We stopped in at 11:30 AM on a Wednesday. We ordered to eat inside. Floors greasy, unswept or mopped, food on floor, tables not cleaned. Bathrooms were not cleaned either

Finger licking good! Still the best take out chicken imo! This location is also the best in the QCA! Always fast and friendly fresh chicken! They don’t ever forget the honey either like other locations, namely Milan! The restrooms are clean as is the restaurant itself. It’s a chain restaurant so it’s hard to say their food is the best but damn I’m not sure how they always cook the best chicken! The mashed potatoes and gravy taste better here too! Maybe they’re sprinkled with crack? Lol

Hrs on door said opens at 10:30 am but still locked at 10:50 am. I know this seems trivial, but it is one of the most important business rules to be open when you say you’re open. We left and went to another establishment across the street.

Overall experience today. Waited for 5 minutes to get waited on only to have someonesay we will be with you in a minute. She was wrong. I heard 2 other employees talking behind the wall that has nothing to do with business. I assume it was the manager. Meanwhile, while watching the employees put fries etc into bags, Togo, one of the girls, had no gloves. The other one only had one glove. Possible cross contamination? I believe so. Management needs to step up their game and properly train their staff. Also please note that you have a problem with your make up air in building. Customers can barely get the front door open.

Was just there, 5/27/22 approx 5:30 pm. Ordered an 8 pc meal, dark meat only. Got home, and apparently the person filling the order has not been taught the difference between dark meat and light meat. Checked our receipt, total was $26 and change. Not sure what the regular charge for an 8 pc meal is so not sure if we paid the upcharge for the dark meat only. Didn’t return with the incorrect order due to the 20 min drive. Very disappointed.

I was hoping to get a relaxing meal at KFC, I did not eat here I left. Upon arrival I noticed some dirt in front of the door on the sidewalk. Once I stepped in my feet were sliding on the floor and at that time I knew that the floor was covered in grease. That’s when I realized the dirt outIn front of the door on the sidewalk was actually greased being tracked outsideFrom the greasy floor. looking around the restaurant was not clean at all. If they don’t clean the floor you know they’re not cleaning the cooking area. I just left and went to a different restaurant. The only way I will go back is if they tear that building down and build a new one
