Been coming to this location since the late 1970’s. Today I ordered a plain cheeseburger with lettuce only. First one had bacon and everything on it. Got home 15 mins later and realized it was wrong. Went back again and got new fries and a new burger. Got home again and had bacon, cheese, lettuce, mustard and ketchup. Went back again and asked for the correct burger I ordered. This time I was told by the drive thru attendant that the Manager says I will have to pay for a new burger. They wouldn’t take the old burger back from the 1st wrong order. They finally agreed to give me a replacement, however the lettuce is soggy, as is the burger. It’s not charbroiled like it was supposed to be and appears to have been warmed up in a microwave. No apologies were given over the hour I went back and forth trying to get the right order. Consider going to the Hwy 61 or North St. Paul locations. Ended up throwing out the rest of the burger and French fries that were cold.
