I understand busy days. I’m not happy it was going on 2 hours with no food delivered and every time we called we were told it would be another 20 minutes. I opted to cancel the order and asked for verification of the cancellation and I kept being told “I don’t know if we send confirmation, I don’t know. It might come through your email. I don’t know.” Then I kept being put on hold in the middle of me talking without being asked to be put on hold. Horrible service. Manager didn’t seem to care either or answer the phone.

Only getting 1 star cause I can’t go lower! Upon placing an online order with this location, my expected delivery time was to be at 8:09pm. At 8:39, I called this location to find out why my order was 30 mins late…was informed by the manager that they were running behind due to a power outage that this location experienced earlier and was then told that their delivery driver was out making his rounds and that he would be back in 45 mins to pick up my order. So, I decided to go pick it up myself. Upon arriving, I found the doors were locked 2 hrs prior to their listed closing time and had to use the drive thru. Upon getting to the window…(with 10 mins to go before my order was to head out the door…) I was informed BY THE MANAGER that my order had not even been prepared yet! Full refund!!! I get that the power outage set you back….but lying to customers is totally inexcusable!!! Donatos HQ had already been contacted as oh this posting!!!

So, I wanna say sry that I’m slacking, and didn’t take any pics!!! The chicken mariachi Pizza was amazing!¡!¡! It’s been a lil while since I’ve eaten anything with some spice… So, I did have to get some extra sour cream to put on it!! However, the pizza was still so amazingly good!! I didn’t realize that there was a Donatos so close to the house! I will continue to go back!! The gentleman that helped me, was extremely nice and helpful! The pizza had just come out of the oven, and it was so hot and good!¡!¡! My husband wanted some extra jalapenos on it, but I thought it was just right!!

DO NOT order here. Pulled up to get my pizzas. Asked to add more cheese. Lady was kind and said don’t worry about it it’s free I’ll add more. Asked me to pull a round for about 8 minutes. Pulled around for more that 25. Then the pizzas came out wrong. I asked for a refund. She said pull to the window for it. Then says sorry he didn’t know how to make the pizzas. Manager, Don, came up and could not care less and said to give him his pizzas back then. WORST experience I’ve ever had at a donatos.

Asked for extra Italian dressing on sandwich, did not receive it. Manager called and said he talked to employee who made my sandwich and they claim they put extra dressing on it. Don’t eat here because if they mess up your order they will call you a liar!!!

Absolutely worst customer service ever. Made my pizza incorrect and refused to remake it. The “manager” on duty said you get what you get . Are you serious? I order from here all the time and never had any issues until now. But I will not be ordering from here ever again! Absolutely the worst . Seeing as not a single other soul besides us was there; you would think our order would have been made correct. But no. They put everything my wife didn’t want on her sandwich. And took everything off mine even though I didn’t have items removed. Our fault for not checking to make sure someone else’s job was done right.
