I drove 25mins to get here…. I had the steak burrito bowl. Really good. Will definitely be back. Thankyou for letting my daughter use the restroom first. Many places don’t let ya do that anymore. Especially downtown.

Two stars cuz the food was somewhat tasty. Unfortunately I found a not very tasty and rather sharp piece of plastic in my pork taco. Gums bleeding, I called the store to let them know. Working in food service myself, I assumed they’d want to know in order to throw out any pork left from that portion of prep so no one else gets plastic in their food. The person who answered the phone (a manager) chose to tell me excuses as to why there was plastic in the food, explaining that the pork comes in a bag so it makes sense that there could be plastic in it (???) Girl anyway I was just trying to let u know! She did offer me a free entree next time I came in which I appreciate, but do not plan on using as I’m a little worried that there will be more plastic in my food since the person on the phone did not seem terribly concerned with preventing it from happening Makes you wonder how they run their restaurant

I placed a lunch order for pickup and when I arrived, 10 minutes after my scheduled pickup, I was told my order had already been picked up. I asked by whom or when, since I was the only one with a receipt, and was told the only thing I could do was place another order or come back to talk to the manager (Apollo) who doesn’t even start until 5pm! I called and spoke with him, who offered the same as his staff which was to place another order. I suggested getting his supervisor involved and he said “I could call to get an authorization for a refund, but I don’t feel like it”. I will never patronize QDOBA again and I’m following up this review with a call to the corporate office with his behavior. The general manager (Apollo) at this location is rude and a thief!

This location plays the most annoying music at incredibly loud volumes, all times of the day. Absolutely unnecessary, zero regard for people living in this area. I can hear ear-bleed inducing pop music from blocks away. They claim it is part of their ambiance. That cannot be helping get customers in the door. There are locations for Taco Bell, Chipotle, McDonalds, Burger King, etc that do not play music outside, and they seem to be doing great. Please turn off the audio garbage, this is extra noise pollution in an already busy area.

They should be proud they have some of the worst employee I’ve ever seen Cameron was on his phone the whole time instead of trying to make orders and the manager on duty with him she cannot manage at all or she would have told him to get off the phone. Sad that he’s the one they keep scheduling him hours when he should be fired. Don’t ever work there since they don’t want to pay you

I took advantage of the B1G1F Valentine special and ordered two brisket burritos for takeout. The server was very helpful and did a great job. And after a quick microwave at home, the burritos were delicious. No wait time at 6:15 pm, too. Thanks for making a perfect Valentine treat we can always count on. Just wish the romcom we watched wasn’t as predictable.
