I ordered the Honey BBQ Sauced Jumbo Popcorn Chicken Combo. For sure was not worth it. Jumbo? These tiny pieces of skin weren’t just overcooked, but also cold upon arrival along with the fries which doesn’t make since considering the UberEats driver got to the restaurant barely 5 minutes after I placed the order. Also, my food wasn’t in a sealed bag. The strawberry limeade was a disappointment. I expected something close to lemonade as far as the bitter/acidic taste, but this tasted like watered down strawberry soda with strawberry pieces inside. I used to love Sonic when I was high school. I don’t know what’s changed over the years, but I will not be ordering here again.

I ordered food in literally took them forty minutes to bring it to me outside in the hot sun There has been literally dozens of car’s going before me in the hand line. my food sitting there waiting my drinks are water down They said they was gonna remake my food only took in about two minutes meaning all they did was microwave Sonic is my favorite fast food place This my have made me think twice about that I am sorely disappointed

This Sonic skimps on the Strawberry Limeade as they do not include the lime pieces and instead, they use an excess of what tastes like artificial lime flavoring, which is very bitter and leaves an aftertaste, and completely overwhelmes the strawberry flavor. Nothing like the drink should taste; it tastes like a lime little hug. Disgusting. This is the second time this happened. I thought the first time was a fluke but sadly I was wrong. I guess I will have to travel to Waldorf location if I want in the future. Also ordered large fries (which seems to be the size.of McDonalds small) and they didn’t even fill the box…

The food here is as good as any Sonic I’ve been to. The staff were friendly. However, this place is way behind the times. I pulled up to one of the drive in order stalls and when I was ready to order, told I needed to go through the drive through. Then, I couldn’t use my Google pay and they had a sign saying they couldn’t accept Google or Apple pay. Whoever owns this store is bringing Sonic name down until they fix these pretty basic things. Disappointing visit.

Smooth Operator
As someone said before, it’s hit or miss. I really love the ice cream. The reeses breeze is very good, as are the shakes. I also enjoy the breakfast burritos in particular, though the food I’ve had in general is good. But if there are more than 3 cars in line, might as well have a meal with you because you’ll have time to eat in the car. The staff are usually friendly, but the wait to be served, that’s the hit or miss part. Don’t go on a lunch break because you’re probably going to spend it waiting in line. Other than that, it’s a pretty good spot.

My fiance and I went to this Sonic because we hadn’t been in awhile and it’s the only one remotely close. We will NOT be back. When we got there two-thirds of the car port stalls were out (only about 4 of 12 that were there). So we had to go to the drive through. The person running the drive through was not paying attention. Had to order three times and our order was still completely wrong. Got a large sweet tea that was unsweet, the mozzerella sticks were almost raw they were so undercooked. The tots were okay and my fiance’s shake but that was about it. We will not be back.

Drive thru is slow you’ll be in the line for 30 minutes. Customer service is horrible. The only Sonic in the area. Not enough staff. It’s giving we’re just here but we don’t care about how we serve you or your money. Honestly if I can give 0 stars on service…. I definitely would. GHETTO.

Terrible service here. The person taking my order was extremely rude and wouldn’t even try listening to what I was ordering. Then it took 25 min to receive my kids meal and my meal. The person who brought the order out forgot one of my drinks and he said he would grab it then continued to bring other customers their food. 15 min later, still no drink. Did not want to spend 40 min waiting for my order at a FAST FOOD restaurant.
