The new set up after the renovation is absolutely stupid no more room to sit they took out a lot of seats and left a giant open space that they could have used for more seats. Only 1 semi long bench when there was 2 long ones before renovation. Whoever designed this and thought this was a great idea should be fire.

Went inside for food. There was no one waiting up front and the line to order from the register was long. Finally someone came up after a good 5-6 minutes and took our orders. Sat down and waited around 10-15 minutes for a large fry… but fine whatever. My issue was when I looked in the bag there was no ketchup which I asked for there to be some when I ordered. After they had put the bag on the counter for me the person walked in the back. I waited for 5-10 minutes before someone brought a different person’s order to the counter for me to ask for ketchup. During that time though, I tried waving to the manager who took my order to ask her for said ketchup. She made eye contact with me but then turned around and started doing and something else. I wasn’t going to yell for someone to come help but someone should be checking up front. Also there was another line forming at the register. Why was no one up there waiting for people?? Why was I ignored? This honestly shouldn’t have been a 25 minute adventure for fry’s but it was. I’ll never come back to this place, not that they need my 4$ for fry’s anyway, but just saying.
