Co-worker selected this restaurant. We ate noodles and . Three types of seating. Regular table sushi bar and traditional seating. We took the traditional. Sushi was very good, fresh seafood. Noodle was very tasty. I got mine with tempura. Service was okay. As you can see from the picture, no atmosphere. High ceilings with florescent lights. Yuck. We absolutely loved it. We were a group of 12 people, without prior reservation. They were kind enough to seat us in a private room which was large enough for 14-16 guests. The service was not fast, but it was understandable. The quality, and quantity of food was exceptional; alongside Japanese finesse in presentation.

Sushi was only okay at best. Very small compared to other places. Lacks flavor in everything. We got soup, salad, octopus balls, California roll, rainbow roll, and salmon 200 roll nothing was worth writing home about. I would definitely recommend Sushi Don over this place any day of the week.

Best sushi in West Lafayette. Friendly staff, appropriately priced, great variety on menu. The restaurant feels very “hole in the wall” in the best way possible. The only thing that would make their restaurant better would be if they invested in nicer furniture and dimmed the lighting. Unfortunately, their previous location next to A-1 shipping was much nicer than where they are now.
