Staff is overworked. Too busy to even acknowledge people waiting for a drink. Card machine is down. Complete cluster. The lady working the bar was friendly and I could tell she was trying. The guy working the restaurant area was exceedingly rude and yelling at people who were in his way who had been standing waiting to get a drink order for upwards of 15 minutes. I’m sorry, but having worked in customer service most of my life, I have to ask: do standing customers mean less than the ones sitting on their butts? Because last I checked, we’re all expected to tip. It’s one thing to spend 5 seconds and say, hello, “I’m sorry, I’ll get to you in a minute; drinks or food?” And another to just completely ignore the people you’re not immediately helping and get irate because they’re piling up because you’re not helping.

Asado seafood and grill is in the Hilton hotel which is now a post covid restaurant. We have decided to go see how it is you seat yourself so we were told the restaurant is divided in two one part is from breakfast and lunch and the smaller section is dinner only. I assume most of the food is ordered by hotel guests as room service. We had the chef special which was Asian stir-fry Red Snapper. I was very good but I don’t this this will be an everyday option on the menu. We also ordered the steak with mashed potatoes. It was not worth the 32 bucks I paid for it. It was tough even at medium rare. The other appetizer was fried spinach tasty but it just sautéed spinach and butter the good thing is the sides are not expensive like the over priced steak. All I can say is if your in the hotel and don’t know the area and this is all you have then yes eat here but the Asado Seafood and grill will go on my one and done list of restaurants. The customer service was great!

The worst experience in Doubletree Hilton. The female lead bartender she has black hair and about 5 ft… omg she is the rudest person and so disrespectful. I was shocked at how rude she is allowed to treat the guests at the Hilton. I watched her talk foul to a lady who asked about her drink the lady was polite to her, apparently her cocktail was more juice than she preferred and instead of her giving the lady options she talked to her soooo bad I was appalled to the point that I got up to ask for the manager. The poor lady just got up and left. I left because of her also. Trifling is the way they way they treat people in there.

Calling this place Seafood and Grill is a real stretch. Very little seafood on the menu, more like a bar menu than an actual grill. I tried the fish and chips, the fish was frozen and fried filets. (Not handmade). The bartender was pleasant, but the menu should be re-vamped if they want customers.

Poor customer service at the bar by the blonde bartender mixed with the undercooked meat does not make me want to come back. The website says the restaurant is open until midnight, that is a lie. The restaurant closes at 9:00 pm. The only saving grace was the red headed bartender that had exceptional service. Don’t waste the money and grab yourself a burger from across the highway.

Best burger I’ve ever had. It had Swiss cheese, bacon, pickled jalapenos, avocado, fresh lettuce, tomato and onion. The bun was delicious too. If you’re craving an extravagant burger, this is the place! Ate it too fast to take a pic of it (and wasn’t even hungry, ha!).
