The staff working the drive thru were great. I’ve only used this branch a few times over the years. When I go to other area Taco Bell’s, I most often grab a Chicken Chipotle burrito. It’s always the same but at this one, it was different. There was barely any chicken and it seemed like a glorified cheese burrito. It wasn’t as tasty or as substantial as the ones I get at the two other locations I use. Maybe it was an off day but there’s nearby authentic taco places in Manassas that I’ll take the time to visit instead. Manassas has amazing Latin food options so it’s not worth a Taco Bell experience, especially if it doesn’t match the consistency of other Taco Bell’s.

Very good professional staff at this Taco Bell. Staff always working and assisting if you need help with the kiosk. Food is always fresh and they are fast with making the food. Reasonable price, great specials. Love this Taco Bell so much, they make me forget about Chipotle.

I went in the drive thru after a long night of driving, and it was close to closing time too so I figured they’d be shutting stuff down. The guy at the window was super accommodating and sweet despite me coming in a few minutes before close, and the food was AMAZING. I’ve never had Taco Bell this good before, thank you <3

Drive thru was quick and efficient. Mobile order was smooth and I receive everything ordered. Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is for lack of utensils on items that need it. Cheesy potato side Can not be eaten without fork or spoon.

We stopped as my son loves Taco Bell and we allow him to have it after a practice or game. Place was clean and the staff nice. We had to order using screens but was not too awful of an experience, though I would rather talk to a human.

Lady standing at cash register but can NOT take my order. HAS to be done on kiosk. Then go back to the same lady to pay. At the cash register, only to be interrupted by an off duty employee and what appears to be the manager who decided to stand at the register while I wait to pay and have a conversation about who knows who.
