Hummus (And Pita Too)
The chips and salsa of the Middle East. The appetizer to go overboard on. Creamy, aromatic and garlick-y, served with the pita that I drive 2 hours for.		 $7.00
Arab Fries
Fresh out of the fryer, I toss ’em in a seasoning that’ll make you want to hop on the next flight to Egypt. If that wasn’t enough, the fries are served with a side of signature garlic sauce and ketchup.		 $6.00
Salads
Mama’s Diced Salad
You can’t eat dinner at my mom’s house without her salad. You just assume whatever else she’s making is coming with this salad. Diced up cucumber, tomato, scallion, dressssssing and spicesssss. Just do it.		 $7.00
Tabouleh
A Middle Eastern specialty, tabouleh is a refined salad with some special components: a TON of parsley, cracked wheat, mint, and bell peppers. A sophisticated way to kick off a meal.		 $8.00

THE Go-To Chicken Shawarma Wrap
The posterchild of Arab food. It starts with chicken marinating in a ridiculously flavorful spice blend, grilled to perfection and cut thin. Then I add my hand-cut fries, pickles and signature garlic sauce, and wrap it all up in the local pita I drive 2 hours for.		 $15.00
Egyptian Falafel Wrap
This hearty wrap starts off with my signature Egyptian falafel (it’s actually called Tameeya) that’s greener and richer than your standard falafel. Then I add in Mama’s salad (cucumber, tomato and more) and drizzle it heavily with my housemade tahini sauce. Street food goodness!		 $14.00
Plates
Chicken Shawarma Plate
You get the Chicken Shawarma Plate instead of the wrap when you just can’t live without some white rice for each bite of that juicy shawarma chicken. If that’s you, you’ re getting a hefty plate of spiced and grilled chicken, thinly-sliced, served with my white rice, Mama’s diced salad, pita, hummus, and signature garlic sauce.		 $18.00
Egyptian Falafel Plate
My sweet sweet Egyptian Falafel (called Tameeya) but in plate form for y’all that need some white rice for the party. In addition to the toasty falafels and white rice topped with tahini sauce, you’re getting Mama’s diced salad, some hummus, and some pita. DIG IN!		 $17.00

12 oz. glass bottle – like in Egypt, where if you don’t return your old glass bottles, you get a funny look and have to pay more.		 $3.00

If you’re looking for good food in or near Asbury Park, you definitely have to check out Mo’s Kitchen! Great food and the portions are big for the price you’re paying. I strongly recommend you ordering extra garlic sauce because it is amazing. Definitely will be ordering from here again soon!
