I tend to order from this Pizza Hut often because, sometimes, it’s decent, then other times, you never know what you’re going to get. It’s better to order in person and wait because the third party deliveries are the worst! I had placed an order online and got a notification that a Doordasher will be bringing it, but it was left on my porch in a chair and once he left, he called to tell me that it was outside. It looks like my pasta was either dropped or felt to the floor in the car during delivery and no one said anything. We couldn’t even eat the pasta.

The customer service was great Jayla was my cashier and she greeted me with a smile now this was my first time ever trying the sweet chili wings and she assured me that I was going to be pleased with the product and she made it happen. Thanks Jayla we need more like you!!!!

I just spent over $60 for two large pizzas and two eight-piece wing and this is how my pizza came. And my wings the breading was all falling off of them as well. I tried calling the restaurant to see if something could be done but no one answers the phone. You guys are usually pretty good with my orders but this time you all felt short. Please get back to the Pizza Hut I know or I will have to take my business elsewhere.

Pizza was burned and dry, did replace but had to drive all the way back. Had to wait for over 20 mins when they started making my pizza after I ordered it. This isn’t the first time this has happened, since they’ve moved across the street I usually just avoid this pizza hut all together. The food used to be good and hot but now they serve anything and they know if the pizza is burned but they let it go out aways.
