The man with dreadlocks at this location is very rude and had a nasty attitude with me and my husband for absolutely no reason. On top of his attitude we asked for the Barbacoa and he gave us sample size portions but made sure he charged us for it. The three people working the front that day were NOT nice or friendly. Probably won’t return because it seems like customer service is NOT very strong priority along with freshness of the food. I will be sure to spread the word so people don’t waste their hard earned money at this particular location. Terrible…

Pretty decent, could use a little more seasoning but overall still fresh. I really enjoyed the outside patio to sit. Very quiet and tranquil and has a nice shaded area. I like how this location is surrounded by shopping and stores so you can eat and browse the area!

Had a great experience at this location. My boss last minute placed a catering order for my crew (Zaxbys) and they got it together for us ok! When I got to the location it was already ready to go. The manager helped me to my car. I didn’t get his name I’m sorry I didn’t. But he said he wasn’t the store manager had an accent (that I loved lol) and was so nice. Being a RGM I really appreciate great service. I wish I remembered his name! But me Rich and my staff thank you so much! And we’ll see you again! The notes on the boxes were so cute too!

There’s Chipotles all around but this one gave me exceptional service. One of the workers Trey was very professional and helpful in making it feel like he wanted to do a good job. His attention to the detail of the freshness of the food he served as well as overall service went a long way. I used to go to the competing Chipotle on Piedmont but I’ll be returning here now instead
