I have always order pineapple pizza from different places and I have never heard of the pizza being cooked first and then putting cold pineapple on top of it. The employees don’t even know why they do it that way. The whole point of a pineapple pizza is for the pizza to have that Smokey flavor of meat and sweet. I will certainly STOP ordering any type of food from Masterpizza west orange. Also the chicken on the right side was not fully cooked. And to think I paid $35 for this.

The other day I got, Master Pizza West Orange, for lunch. I ordered their Chicken Alfredo, Pepperoni, & Buffalo Chicken Slices. Their Buffalo slice was very dull in taste and doughy, and their Buffalo sauce is the predominant flavor. The Buffalo sauce overwhelmed the chicken and other toppings. It could be blended a little better, imo. The Pepperoni slice had little to no flavor, and could barely taste the cheese. On the contrary though, their Chicken Alfredo slice was phenomenal! Not many places can pull off a decent Alfredo slice, but they def did their thing! You can taste every bit of the chicken, broccoli, cheeses, and the Alfredo sauce! The Alfredo slice greatly improves my total score. The people who took my order was very patient, and understanding as well too. Excellent customer service. All in all, I’d recommend, Master Pizza West Orange, especially their Chicken Alfredo pizza, to anyone in the West Orange or Orange area!

You mean to tell me this is a chicken noddle soup??? It literally smells so nasty. I’ve even made my co-workers smell the soup just to see if I was a little off but I wasn’t. It’s literally chicken noddles and water. If you do not know how to make a simple chicken noddle soup please just take it off the menu. This is unacceptable. I wish I can give it a no star

Called this place to order today for pick up 30 minutes before they close. The girl that answered the phone was rude told me they didn’t have what was on the menu. I called back 20 minutes before they close she cuts me off on the phone and says the kitchen is closed about 3 times. I rather not get food from rude people who are mad for whatever reason. No telling what they’ll do to it.

No white sauce when I specifically asked for it . Dry lamb meat , I ordered a side of fries that seem like they had it sitting there for days … absolutely was my go to spot before this happened and it was actually a 2nd time prior to this with the chicken parm . Their pizza is descent only if u order a fresh pie !! Sorry but not sorry cuz due to inflation everything is expensive so if I’m paying $15 or more for food I expect quality !!

My family decided to treat ourselves today. One of the things we got was the GF specialty pizza and was disappointed. First bite, they use artificial mozzarella, they barely put tomato sauce so it was dry and the rest of the ingredients were sparse and the GF cassava crust tasted very stale. A whopping $22+ dollars for a cheaply made stingy pizza. Won’t be buying from here again . I will make my own.

I called to celebrate my sons birthday and I was super last minute with booking a place to eat and celebrate after a day at the zoo! Master Pizza was extremely accommodating! What a life saver! #momwin They were able to host a party of 20 in such short notice. Midch and Scarlen were wonderful hostesses as soon as we arrived! They were super attentive! They helped with set up and were so warm and friendly with my children and family. Jermaine was also helpful and made sure to assure ambience with music to make our event even better! Food was delicious and came out promptly! It was perfect, private, clean and beautiful space to celebrate in. I 10/10 recommend for family gatherings.
